About Us

We love to travel so when we retired, my husband and I moved into our house on wheels. We now live in a 40 ft.RV. Come along with us as we explore this beautiful country. We will be seeing some of the great outdoors as well as some great indoors.

Traveling this way can be very simple and very complicated at the same time. There is the fun of having a new view every time you travel to the next campground and the job of managing electricity and water use depending on what is available in each campground. Staying in contact with family and friends and paying the bills can be as easy as using a cell phone and internet satellite and as difficult as finding a useable signal in less populated areas. We tow a jeep for day trips and shopping.

Home is where we park it. We change our front and back yards on a regular basis. The antenna on top is for satellite internet access.

This was our original motorhome. We converted the school bus ourselves in the 60s. The center photo is the kitchen and dining area and the right photo is the bedroom with four bunks where our 3 children slept. Sometimes one of the childrens friends accompanied us and used the fourth bunk

Some of our interests are: travel, photography, cooking, reading,internet research, meeting friendly people and hearing their stories.

We will be adding new stories as we travel and posting some memories from past tours.
